Carrier Fees below are charged by third parties in connection with Subscriber’s channels and senders and are passed through by Plura at cost (Section 3.3(e) of the Plura Subscription Agreement and of the Plura Pay As You Go Agreement). Under the Subscription Agreement they are in addition to the Monthly Commitment; under the Pay As You Go Agreement they are drawn from the Credit balance or charged to the Card on File. They are not prorated or refundable once the filing is made. Plura shows the current fee in the Service before Subscriber submits any request that carries one.

Fees for SMS brand and campaign registration (10DLC) and toll free verification are absorbed by Plura and are not charged to Subscriber.
Carrier Penalties (Section 3.3(f) of each agreement). Charged only when Subscriber’s messaging triggers them, at the amount the carrier or aggregator charges Plura. Current amounts:
