Partner with customers post sale to drive adoption, optimize their AI agent deployments, and ensure they are hitting contact rate and conversion targets. Prior call center or contact center experience is strongly preferred.

Sales Development Representative
Generate and qualify pipeline for the enterprise sales team. Research target accounts, run multi channel outreach, and book meetings with decision makers at high volume contact centers.
Enterprise Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts. You will work directly with operations leaders at call centers and contact centers to demonstrate how Plura replaces legacy communication systems.
