How does Plura's monthly prepaid billing work?

Each month, you prepay a set amount (e.g., $2,500) as usage credits. Your usage (AI agent hours, SMS, RCS messages, and call transfers) is deducted from these credits. If your usage exceeds the monthly prepaid amount, you’ll be billed automatically for any overages at the end of the billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Each new month starts fresh with the full amount of prepaid credits you’ve committed to.

What happens if I exceed my monthly prepaid credits?

Any usage beyond your prepaid monthly credits is considered an overage and billed at the end of each billing cycle at your plan’s listed rates.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after signing up?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are available at the end of your annual contract period or by contacting support to discuss your options.

Are there discounts available for longer-term commitments?

Yes. Plura offers discounted rates for multi-year agreements or higher-volume commitments. Please contact our sales team for more details.

What is 10DLC Registration, and do I need it?

10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration is required for businesses using SMS and RCS messaging in the United States. It ensures higher message deliverability and compliance with carrier guidelines. Pricing and daily limits vary by registration tier.

Is there a setup fee for new account or integrations?

Plura offers DFY (Done-For-You) add-ons, where our sales engineering team will build and deploy an AI agent customized for your needs. Pricing for this service is based on your monthly commitment size and includes integration with up to three APIs. For more complex or specialized agent setups, please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote.

Can I add additional voice numbers or messaging capabilities later?

Yes, you can add additional voice numbers, messaging capabilities, and integrations at any time. These are billed monthly according to your selected plan’s rates.

What's included in the "Dedicated Engineer" and "Private Slack Channel"?

These are premium support features providing direct access to our technical experts. Available as optional add-ons for the Multi and Agency plans, and included with Enterprise plans. Please contact sales for pricing.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Plura does not offer refunds for any usage or monthly commitments. Our standard contracts require an annual commitment; however, customers may cancel within the first 90 days without penalty if they are not fully satisfied with our services.
