This Policy applies solely to Plura AI subscribers and their Authorized Users. Our Website Privacy Policy governs our privacy practices for visitors to our website.

Data You Submit

Basic contact details (“Contact Data”), including name, address, phone number, and email address.
We use Contact Data as required to provide you with our Service, and to communicate with you (including, with your consent where required, to tell you about promotions, products, or services that may be of interest).
Account Data
Includes company name, contact details, usernames, and Contact Data of authorized Users (“Account Data”).
We use Account Data to provide the Service and maintain your account. All Authorized Users are responsible for securing their individual credentials.
Payment Data
Includes credit card information, cardholder name, and billing address (“Payment Data”), which we collect through our payment processor, Stripe.
Usage Data
“Usage Data” includes information submitted to the Platform by Users to build and train their AI agents, together with AI inputs and outputs such as questions, prompts, and other content used to deliver our Service.
Usage Data may constitute personal information depending on its substance and association with an account.
We use Usage Data to deliver and improve our Service and analyze Platform performance and usage patterns.
Note: Any content displayed or shared with third parties outside the Platform (e.g., calls, texts, or internet chats) may be stored, displayed, reproduced, or published without your permission. Usage Data also includes usage logs, session timestamps, and similar activity data.
Support Data
“Support Data” includes support tickets, chat transcripts, diagnostic logs, emails, and other communications seeking customer or technical support.
We use Support Data to troubleshoot, debug, and respond to support requests.

We may use your User Data to:
- Provide and improve your AI agent(s)
- Maintain our business relationship with service and non-marketing communications
- Conduct internal research and development
- Use anonymized Usage Data to improve AI models (see Section 5)

- Protect the Platform, our rights, and those of others
3. Data We Share
We may share Contact and Account Data with our subsidiaries, corporate affiliates, or others within our corporate group for internal administration or support purposes and to provide our Service.

Note: All AI inference and processing occur on servers owned and maintained by Plura.
We do not share AI Usage Data with service providers.
Any shared data is limited to what’s required for the service provided.
Professional Advisors
Includes auditors, law firms, or accounting firms, to the extent necessary for their services.
Business Partners
If we sell our company or assets, or seek outside investment, we may share certain User Data with prospective buyers, investors, or their advisors as needed.
Legal Obligations
We may disclose User Data when necessary to:

- Cooperate with law enforcement
- Enforce our rights
- Ensure the safety and security of our company, employees, and users
