His career has been rooted in building scalable revenue engines, closing complex enterprise deals, and developing long-term client partnerships across highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, and legal.
Before joining Plura AI, Jesse held senior leadership roles in enterprise sales, business development, and client relations, where he consistently drove growth through consultative selling, performance-based marketing strategies, and operational execution. His background includes leading teams in high-velocity sales environments as well as founder-led and startup organizations.
Earlier in his career, Jesse served in the United States Coast Guard, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that continue to shape his approach to building teams and driving results.
