Seth Heyman, Esq.

Seth is a seasoned business and marketing law attorney with more than 25 years of legal and entrepreneurial experience. After graduating from the University of Colorado, he earned his law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1995. Following several years as a litigation associate a Phoenix firm, he relocated to California in January of 1998. He then served as corporate counsel for several dot.com startups in the San Francisco bay area before establishing his own firm in 2003, where he focused his efforts on the rapidly growing performance marketing industry. Over the course of the next decade, Seth assisted hundreds of marketing and lead generation companies to successfully navigate a heavily regulated and highly litigious business environment. Embodying a hands-on approach and a visionary outlook, he emerged as an influential figure in the industry, which led to the establishment of The Blacklist Alliance in 2017. Under Seth’s leadership, The Blacklist Alliance is now an industry-leading risk management and legal compliance company.
